ERIS FLOUR MILLS was founded in Bafra/SAMSUN, a town in Eastern Black Sea Region of TÜRKIYE, by Mr. Ali ERIS in 1974, to produce wheat flour for bakery.

In 1982 Buyukcekmece mill (BCM1)was established in Büyükçekmece/ISTANBUL. This was followed by establishment of Ortakoy milling plant in 1994 in Silivri/ISTANBUL. Latest investment -SECOND BUYUKCEKMECE MILL-(BCM2) was started the production just next to Buyukcekmece mill (BCM1) in the summer of 2006.

Headquarter of ERIS FLOUR MILLS has been located in ISTANBUL since 1999. The Company recently has been managed by Mr. Ahmet Ali ERIS and Mr. Mustafa ERIS who are the sons of Mr. Ali ERIS

ERIS FLOUR MILLS has two wheat procurements and storage facilities, one is in Babaeski/KIRKLARELİ and another one is in Lalapaşa/EDİRNE in TRAKIA region of TÜRKİYE.

Our brand, Known as ERIS UN, has been one of the most popular and the most prestigious wheat flour brand in domestic market. On the other hand ERIS FLOUR MILLS which is our international brand is also very well-known in Far East, Middle East, Africa and Central America.
